Diabetes Prevention Program
More than 200 Y's across the country help thousands of people reduce their risk for developing type 2 diabetes with YMCA’s Diabetes Prevention Program. Blood Pressure Self Monitoring Program
This program was developed to support individuals in improving their health by engaging them in the behavior of consistently monitoring and tracking their own blood pressure. However, high blood pressure is one of the key, modifiable, risk factors for both heart disease and stroke.
